If you have an urgent need for a consultation about your foot health you can access a virtual appointment via webcam. You will have a full history taken and may be asked to undertake certain tasks to help ascertain what the problem is. If it is not possible to arrive at a clinical impression Emma will refer you to a trusted colleague near your location.
30 minute online consultation - for people with foot pain
The assessment will go head using whatever technology we can use eg Skype video or Apple FaceTime. You must have access to a working webcam to access this service. The payment is for the time assessing you and no refund will be given once the assessment has begun unless at the discretion of the clinician. If the assessment has not taken place and is cancelled with more than an hour's notice, a refund minus 5% will be offered to cover administrative costs.
